At Serviplast Industrie, we have implemented three levels of quality control: 1. standard inspection via sampling 2. standard inspection via sampling, plus an audit at the end of production 3. full inspection: you define the criteria and we inspect each part.

What is the minimum required quantity for Serviplast Industrie to package my products?

This can range from a few parts up to several thousand. We adapt to your project.

Does Serviplast Industrie weld small parts?

Our work with connectors has helped us to develop our welding skills, in particular when it comes to welding tin. We use this expertise for different types of welding (wires, rings, connectors, etc.).

3D printing is an additive manufacturing technique that creates the parts by superimposing successive layers of materials. Serviplast Industrie 3D printing allows you to design prototypes with complex shapes, including shapes that would be impossible to produce via traditional techniques. By eliminating the need for tooling, 3D printing reduces costs and the time needed to develop your prototypes. We 3D print a part or a small batch of parts in a short period of time. This batch allows you to test the parts under real operating conditions, or while waiting for an injection mould to be produced.
