We work with a wide range of plastic materials. Technical materials such as PEEK, PA, TPE and TPU, as well as more traditional materials such as PE, PP, PC, PC-ABS, and ABS and innovative materials, such as bio-sourced and biodegradable materials.

Serviplast Industrie already has several alternatives to traditional plastic:
• bio-sourced materials;
• biodegradable materials;
• recycled materials: from the processing of plastic waste.

How do you choose the right material?
We study the best plastic material to use for your project together, depending on your needs.

Plastic injection is a process for producing thermoplastics. It involves softening plastic materials to a plastic form, injecting them into a mould under pressure to shape them and then cooling them. The part is then removed and the process begins again.

Yes. We dedicate all our expertise to optimising your part, prototyping and designing tools.

Yes. We design and produce tools in collaboration with tried-and-tested partners, the choice of which depends on your project.

We produce tools based on our machine capacity: injection moulds, overmoulding moulds, multi-impression moulds, 3D printing moulds. The type of steel is defined based on the specific features of the part and is included in our specifications.

It takes between eight and sixteen weeks from final receipt of your plan for the parts to receipt of the mould, depending on the complexity of the mould in question.

We draw up strict specifications for our partners. We verify these when receiving the tools and during our validation process.

Plastic-injection moulds are stored in-house. We maintain them and ensure they are stored in optimal conditions in order to maximise their lifespan.

You can use plastic injection starting from a few hundred parts. The depreciation of the mould will depend on the quantities that need to be produced.

We can integrate any kind of insert or component into your plastic part during the injection (overmoulding) or post-injection phase. We can handle purchasing the components.

We use our technical expertise and flexibility to handle overmoulding and insert-placement operations.

Our injection waste can be handled in two ways. It can be reprocessed immediately during production as part of a closed circuit, or recycled by one of our partners. The eco-design process employed by Serviplast Industrie perfectly tackles the issue of reducing environmental impact by not generating waste during production.

Serviplast Industrie’s machine fleet includes twenty-five modern injection-moulding machines. Most of them are fitted with robots, which offer a clamping force ranging from 10 to 300 tons. Depending on the type of production, we can operate in a semi-automatic manner (overmoulding) or fully automatically.

Yes. We want to offer our clients a comprehensive service, so we are able to perform pre-injection and/or post-injection operations: pad printing, chrome plating, setting, machining, etc.

Yes. This is part of our comprehensive service offering. We can assemble and/or package your product.

This can range from a few parts up to several thousand. We adapt to your project.

Our work with connectors has helped us to develop our welding skills, in particular when it comes to welding tin. We use this expertise for different types of welding (wires, rings, connectors, etc.).

3D printing is an additive manufacturing technique that creates the parts by superimposing successive layers of materials. Serviplast Industrie 3D printing allows you to design prototypes with complex shapes, including shapes that would be impossible to produce via traditional techniques. By eliminating the need for tooling, 3D printing reduces costs and the time needed to develop your prototypes. We 3D print a part or a small batch of parts in a short period of time. This batch allows you to test the parts under real operating conditions, or while waiting for an injection mould to be produced.
